I purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 75th Anniversary Edition a month and a half ago with 17 miles on it. I was very happy with my purchase and excited to own my first jeep, until it stalled on me twice. I took it in and was told it was probably just a software update. Left it at the dealership to get the update done and end up having to have both batteries replaced on my brand new Jeep. A day later on my way to take a friend to the... Read more

They delivered a Jeep Wrangler with locking lug nuts but no lug nut key. Their roadside assistance can't change the wheel and neither can the nearest jeep dealership. We have to get the car towed and get the lug nuts broken off.

Electronic 9 speed tranny has needed to be reprogrammed 3 times. Lots of comments on this on line. Love the car overall. It's a Jekyll hide thing. Hoping it's fixed before the warranty expires. The car communicates on line. I wonder if they try to update the tinny code that way as well. Love the car. But the 1% of the time it doesn't work weighs on you. 1st time they said they would replace it. Now. They say they will reprogrammed... Read more

The Jeep Wrangler still does not have the 3.0 liter Ecodiesel as of 2017 model year it has 240 horsepower and a whopping 420 ft-lbs of torque, the 3.0 liter EcoDiesel is still capable of delivering 30 mpg highway in the huge Grand Cherokee it was promised for the Wrangler in 2016 model but did not come and i am waiting to replace my 4 cylinder old wrangler but its only in 3.6 V6 as of 2017 as well as the 2016 model year and not good fuel... TIPM - total integrated power module. Need I say more? Car was running "normal" and took in for the fuel pump relay recall. It is a $40 part which is in the TIPM. The issues started once the recall was performed. Now on occasions, the car cranks and cranks and fails to start. Went to dealer many times and they can't reproduce the issue. That seems to be their line - can't reproduce or there's no service bulletin. At time of service the... Read more

I had this problem twice while the Jeep was under warranty. It was the evaporator purge system had a leak. Now for the third time it has the same problem after being "fixed" twice. My jeep has 30,000 miles! This dealership charged me $800.00 and charged for a new gas cap! I have complained to the dealership and Jeep since June and their rep. has been stone walling me saying she can't get in touch with the manager! In this day and age?? ... Read more

This is the second email I send to Jeep Customer Service. My car has broken eight days ago, and it was towed to the nearest dealership at that time (Nielsen East Hanover). So far, even after several contacts with the dealership and with this customer service, I have no information what is wrong with the car and why I was not provided with a loaner. This is a leasing car, I am paying for it, and my next bill will come with the same amount, even... Read more
