Complaint and inquiry for help

Five months I been complaining sense gotten vehicle. It's an electrical problem. Car is not running. When it did run it wouldn't accelerate on road. I've been to dealership five times. Car been serviced check once and everything they found they said I had to replace. In order for them to help me I have to put another 5000 down plus get a co signer and these are required after I've gotten a vehicle without it. Haven't had vehicle not long. I feel like I been mislead

Angry ...2024 Jeep towed back to dealership

I bought a 2024 Jeep wrangler sport on July 1st. I have had it for 25 days. It has been towed back to the dealership with 812 miles on the car. I'm so Angry Angry I was told I might get it back before August 21st but thats a maybe. It will be in the shop basically longer than I have owned it! I'm so pissed!!!

DO NOT PAY THEM. My lawyer said no you didn’t have to pay for bad service whether it’s s car dealership or a restaurant or hair stylist.

I got my hair cut short. I was told $250!! Dollars!! then she said oh only cash or check!!

It’s the end of the month. I didn’t have the cash but it was a long weekend before I got paid so it cleared the following week but I’m still pissed off.

Still many issues I need your help

Engine lock screen on radio locks with a code n it's entered n still don't work it flashes on n off n turns off ac n radio hesitation on starting it up I take great care in my Jeep bought used with 93thousand miles plus but I keep it in clean great shape..I'm am a medic n do not speed but on cruise control it does fluctuate it's speed on a straight road

Hello

We purchased a Compass car 8 months ago

From the moment we bought the car there were many faults

I'll start by saying that I want to tell you about the disgraceful service we received from Samlet, the company that represents you in the State of Israel

We have contacted them countless times and the attitude and response we have received is simply disrespectful

All our requests took a long time for them to answer us

and referred us to your authorized garage, and every time we arrived they didn't really have an answer or an explanation for the problem, they just tried to harass us for days that we were disabled without a car because the car was in the garage, they told us they were fixing it, and again after a few days the problem returned

(and they did not agree to bring a replacement vehicle)

They always used to tell us that because the car was a personal import, they couldn't help much

This is the most disappointing answer!!!

And I want to explain a little about the breakdown in the car

We hardly go on long car trips

And when we do go on long drives in the middle of the drive the car makes a boom and just throws me forward and then stops and the engine light comes on

This is a big danger

I was saved from accidents only because I kept enough distance

But I won't lie and say I'm so scared to drive this car

I have a small baby and I don't think it's safe to walk around like that

I am asking you to help me

We paid for the vehicle in full but did not receive anything in return

Warranty

My Jeep Cherokee refused to honor the warranty of a radiator because it was over 3 miles past the warranty deadline. Cant believe that happened, after all it was probably bad before the approaching date.

Issues since day 1

Car play Uconnect Trunk Emergency break Over heating console which makes phone over heat Navigation Freezing back up system The list goes on but most connected to the Uconnect car play. Dealer cant help and says Chrysler just stopped to the fix because it was making it worse.

Costumer service

Jeep has been giving me the youll hear from your case manager in 2-3 days for 18 days. I have asked several times for a follow up email or call, nothing!

Today the lady that answered the phone at least told me there was no movement on my case. Thats the first information Ive been given. I drive a 2021 Grand Cherokee L that had three broken belts on my tires just over 20,000 miles. I realize wear and tear but this in my opinion is a manufacturer issue.

After my oil change, the dealership told me its not safe to drive home, that all three tires are ready to blow. I have two kids and a commute of 70 miles daily. I was told the first time I reached out that the tires would be covered under tire warranty. I called Mopar today per Jeep and they said it wouldn't.

Here I sit with another day of crickets. Im bringing my jeep in for a power sensor issue Monday and along with Uconnect issues.

Frustrating for the cost of the vehicle that Im nervous to drive it. Their costumer service is a joke!

Wow I was going to get a used one without 4,000 dollars in maintenance agreements at a different dealership but I don’t like what I am reading. I know that they blow up and catch fire in the engine.

Just GET OUT FAST!! Call 911 LATER!!

It could explode and I know it’s not so easy to get kids out of car seats. Be safe!!

Chrysler/Jeep Customer Service

My 2018 Jeep Compass would jolt forward abruptly as I was accelerating. The dealer fixed it once and when it began happening again the dealer said it was probably because its consuming oil too quickly, a recall that was never addressed, and I need a new engine.

The engine was ordered (yes under warranty) on 4/28/23, the day I dropped the car off at the dealer. As of today, 7/19/23, my car is still there, with no date as to when the engine will be in. I opened Case#8656**** on 7/5/23 with FCA Customer Care. I have spent hours calling and being put on hold multiple times a day since the 5th and have received no answers as to when Ill get my engine.

Im told I have to speak with the case manager, who never calls back and when I try to get ahold of her manager I am promised specific times that Ill be called back, and I dont get a call. I then call there and am told they are on calls with customers or they have left for the day. Everyone that I talk to is appalled that Jeeps customer service is so bad and this situation has pretty much stopped anyone from wanting to get a Jeep in the future.

If I could get out of my nightmare vehicle Id do it in a second. After this, Jeep/Chrysler is not a company I will ever do business with again.
