Still don't have my Jeep and it's been four weeks
I have only had my Cherokee for not even two years and the transmission is already being replaced. My car has been being worked on since the beginning of November 2022 they first said it was the differential in which I believe they knew it was the transmission but they were blowing me off now its the transmission and its been four weeks and they dont even have the part in he just told me it was gonna be January 10, which will make it six weeks that Ive been waiting for my vehicle and he said that date could change I have a special needs son Im a single mother with one car.
Ive had to cancel all my appointments because Uber charges $50 for me to go to my appointments one way , I need someone to call me immediately please please Im begging someone to help me. Thank you. I waited and saved all my money so I could purchase this jeep. This was my dream car.
I cannot tell you how disappointed I am at jeep they continuously blow me off as though I pay a lot of money for this vehicle. I take care of my car. I take pride in my car.
I clean it every single day no exaggeration. Im so sad over this situation.

Preferred solution: It would be nice to get into another vehicle without a down payment and keep my payments, the same after this experience with Jeep and yes I’m an Uber driver and I’m losing lots of money because I can’t drive

I bought my Jeep Wrangler in July 2022. November , after 10 000 km all 4 shocks loosing oil (not even one meter off-road) at 10 600 km water pump gave up.
Repair will be done under warranty, but spare parts take at least 6 weeks to deliver. Jeep service rejected to provide a spare care for the time. So one and a half month over Christmas and New Year without a car. Poor customer service for a brand-new car.
I emailed Jeep US and Jeep Middle East in Dubai. Haven't received even an we dont care answer. Will go back to Audi, there I had as well a problem during the warranty period and haven't even to visit them.
They sent a towing truck with another car on the back and just replaced it. I will accept that, if the parts arrive within a reasonable time, but six weeks without a vehicle is a punishment.

Beautiful car design, but poor service. Will definitely not buy one again. Will go back to Audi.
There I had a problem as well during warranty, but i didnt even needed to come to them, they came with the towing truck with a spare car on the back. Really disappointed by Jeep

I contacted Jeep customer service and they were completley unsympathetic, they just blamed covid for a delay in parts. I emailed them that the hefty covid price increase should more then cover that. In the interim this is their most popular model they are currently...
It was my sixth Jeep or Durango leased.
It is in a local auto body repair shop. To no avail. The shop cannot get parts to repair my new Jeep. So there I am paying top dollar for a brand-new Jeep that is just sitting in the auto body shop awaiting an ETA on a door etc.
While I am left without a vehicle.
This lack of service from a company is not one I will stay with. Moving on after this.

I contacted the Jeep company (FCA). One customer service person thought i had a good argument and would escalate my claim to his report........no response.
I called again and the customer service person basically said i was SOL. Its a great example of the big global...
At 60,000, I asked the dealer to go through the car and check all fluids and mentioned it had started making a ticking sound which sounded like it could be a rocker arm failing at the rear of the passenger side of the engine which from what I had read wasnt that uncommon. They confirmed my suspicion. Although the engine carried a 100,000 mile warranty, (currently at 68,000) it was only good for 5 years from date of purchase and i would be on the hook for the repair. I have maintained this vehicle religiously and for an engine component failure at 68,000 miles is obscene.
FCA should be known as the "Make em Cheap and abuse the customer", Motors Corporation. But i guess it would hurt their stock price to actually provide a reliable piece of machinery.

Door panel vinal separation
We purchased a 2016 Jeep Renagade Trail Hawk With 5 miles on it in 2016. It has been kept in Mint condition in a garage and taken care of.
It now has 15,000 miles on it. It has been well maintained. EXCEPT the vinal on the door panels has separated from the backing and has bagged out. The edges of the door panels are no longer tucked in around the edges just hangs there.
We went to the dealership where we purchased it they will do nothing to fix it. They said that year and model has door panel problems. We wanted to order new door panels to fix it.
But the Dealership said they no longer make the driver side panel and the other panels are expensive if you can get them. What do we do with a mint condition car with baggie saggy door panels that are falling off and the Jeep company will not fix them?

Just to be clear, the dealer Garavel Jeep repaired the vehicle properly but wouldnt do anything for me with the manufacturer of the vehicle which is currently known as FCA. Who knows who they are tomorrow?
