I have a paragraph below discussing Jeep Liberty transmissions. All of the transmissions that were produced in this family had many problem, so many that after getting large amounts of negative feedback from the US Center for Auto Safety and Consumer Reports Magazine, Chrysler decided to waive the $100 deductible in the warranty.

They even went as far as buying back any car in which the transmission could not be fixed. A nice gesture on Chrysler’s behalf, but the damage was done and the reputation of the transmission tarnished. 05-06 Jeep Wrangler (TJ) 05-06 Dodge Durango (HB) 05-06 Jeep Liberty (KJ) This is my vehicle on the list from the prior e-mail. 05-06 Dodge Dakota (ND) 05-06 300 and Magnum (LX) 2006 Charger (LX) Since, I have a 2005 Jeep Liberty why wasn't I contacted?

After I contact Chrysler why do they try to get around their own policy? Thank you, J.
