Jeep being held hostage

The Jeep has been in the shop for 8 days and still is not done. I was on phone for 5 days and over 25 calls between dealership and Mopar protection service. I had to go into dealership and talk to general manager to get someone from service department call Mopar. After the phone call was made within minutes the dealership got the ok from Mopar to do repair. This could have been resolved 5 days ago. With 1 phone call!!! MY JEEP IS STILL IN SHOP!!!

User's recommendation: If you buy a lifetime warranty. Good luck getting your vehicle fixed right or getting your vehicle back from shop in reasonable time.
