2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee: Haven't even had a year, yet. Just under 8,000 miles.
There is a loud noise coming from the right rear tire when driving. It's not consistent sound but when I hear it gets loud like the muffler is scraping on the ground or some kind if metal is hitting something when driving.
There is nothing hanging under the car dragging on the ground when driving. I drove behind while my husband was driving it to the Jeep dealership this morning and saw nothing hanging and dragging.
The Jeep dealership couldn't find the issue and said it's $125.00 for not even fixing the issue.
This is ridiculous and my husband and I don't feel safe driving this while
there is some loud noise sounding like something is going to fall off the car while were driving.
Terrible customer service - SAFETY FIRST! Or at least I thought so.
